Here, click on the ‘Add New’ button. This action will generate a Token. Make sure to keep these safe, as you’ll need them in the next steps.
Step 2: Entering API Key Information in bnbflow Once you have your Token, it’s time to integrate them into bnbflow. Go to your bnbflow profile page at bnbflow Profile Section. Scroll down to find the section labeled ‘HOSPITABLE.’ Here, you should paste Token. To do this, click on ‘Add Key’ and then confirm by clicking ‘Save Api Key.’
Step 3: Linking Your Property With your API keys securely stored on the platform, our next goal is to connect your bnbflow property with your property in Hospitable.
3.1 Finding Your Property ID on Hospitable: To locate your Property ID in Hospitable, navigate to your property list and open the property you wish to connect. The Property ID can be found in the URL, specifically between ‘/property/’ and ‘/merge-match’. For example, in the URL https://my.hospitable.com/properties/property/[number-should-be-copied]/merge-match, copy the number that appears in place of [number-should-be-copied].
3.2 Entering the Property ID in bnbflow: Next, go to your property description on bnbflow, click ‘Edit Listing,’ and paste the copied Property ID into the designated field. Remember to save your changes.
Step 4: Loading Reservations With the Property ID saved, it’s time to load your reservations. Navigate to your property list on bnbflow at bnbflow Property List. Select the property for which you want to load reservations by clicking on ‘details.’
Step 5: Managing Your Reservations Upon opening the property details, you can now access the ‘Reservations’ section. Here, you’ll see a comprehensive list of all reservations sourced from Airbnb, allowing for efficient management and organization.
